When are meetings held?

Meetings are held the 4th Tuesday every month (except July, August, and December) from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. The cost is $10.00 per attendee. Meetings include lunch and guest speaker.

What do we do?

1. Regular projects include compiling copies of commonly used forms such as applications, leases, deposit agreements, move-in condition forms, etc. and providing copies of these to our members.

2. Working as a Political Action group by communicating with local governments to improve inspection procedures and incorporate a landlord's perspective and concerns into inspection procedures. On a state level, we work towards introducing changes to landlord tenant law that are beneficial to our members and their businesses.

What is our Mission?

To seek further professionalism through education and to represent the interests of members in dealing with relevant local and state government agencies and bodies on issues of interest or concern.
